Where is the store based?

Landau, Germany.

Do you accept orders placed outside of  Germany?

Unfortunatly not.

When will my order be shipped out? 

After the order gets confirmed, I will try to mail out the orders every week on Saturday.

(Once in a while I might miss a week.)

But if it's during the holidays or a convention season, it might take a bit longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders that are placed in Germany might take about 2-8 days until they arrive.

     
What is this stores exchange and refund policy?

Items can only be exchanged or refunded if:

- the items don’t align with the item list you have ordered.
-the Items arrived damaged.

If the Items are damaged right after opening the package, please contact me via E-mail
( [email protected]) and send me pictures of the damaged goods.
If the Item passes as “damaged good” you can wish for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days.

My store will not refund or replace any lost packages. If your order has not arrived yet, please check your local post office to see if the package has been put on hold.

Do you also take commissions?

In my free times I do take digital and traditional commissions. So sometimes!
